Nutrition Counseling Packages & Pricing
Your journey toward a peaceful relationship with food starts with a conversation. Each session is tailored to your needs, blending evidence-based nutrition therapy with compassionate guidance.
Our flexible billing structure allows for clients to choose what works best for them.
Here’s how it works.
I’ve made the process simple so you can focus on what really matters: your health and healing.
1.
Schedule a Discovery Call
We’ll start with a free 20-minute discovery call to see if my approach is the right fit for you and to discuss your goals.
2.
Insurance Benefits Check
Once we’ve decided to move forward, I’ll verify your insurance coverage for nutrition counseling before our first session. If you prefer to self-pay, we’ll talk through package options that best meet your needs.
3.
Your First Appointment
During our first 60-minute consultation, we’ll review your history, current habits, and goals. Together, we’ll begin building a personalized nutrition plan that supports both physical nourishment and peace with food.
4.
Follow-up Sessions
Follow-up sessions are typically 30–50 minutes and focus on ongoing support, education, and practical tools for sustainable progress.

If you plan to use insurance, I’ll personally verify your benefits before your first appointment—so there are no surprises.
Did you know? You may already have unused insurance benefits that cover nutrition counseling at no cost to you, meaning no deductible or copay applies. Many plans include ~12 visits per year under preventative care benefits.
-
No problem. You can choose to self-pay for sessions instead of using insurance.
I offer flexible package pricing for follow-up sessions, as well as individual appointments.
Payment can be made by credit/debit card or FSA/HSA funds.

If your plan doesn’t cover our sessions, I can provide a superbill, an itemized receipt that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
-
Absolutely. Transparency is important to me. Based on the No Surprises Act, I can provide a Good Faith Estimate upon request, outlining expected charges for services so you’ll know what to expect before we begin.
